Gaming the Client
Gaming refers to strategically maneuvering a client into acting against their own interest. There is another element at work here and that is the satisfaction the perpetrator of a crime or unethical act gets from savoring the chase. Sharking the client, on the other hand, refers to an immediate attack on a client in an attempt to get them to act against their own interest by discrediting them as a sane and responsible person.
