Feedback Denial Feedback denial occurs when a business refuses to consider or take note of the complaints of the customers. In a small business this is probably less prevalent than with larger corporate businesses. A small business may not have much leverage with their vendors and do not want to be complaining "problem customers" to the vendors. Thus, they tend to ignore certain complaints (feedback) about products. A small business might employ highly talented or valuable people to whom they grant certain liberties that annoy the client base. Simply put, a business contains within it a power structure that must be maintained even at the expense of denying that problems exist. Businesses that get too involved in feedback denial run the risk of going out of business. Mismanagement
