Cunning Cunning is about systematically deceiving a person. The American Heritage Dictionary defines cunning as" shrewdly deceptive; exhibiting ingenuity; skill in deception: guile; dexterity. Consciously going out of ones way to extract money and emotion from a person is not an ethical action. When evaluating the overall ethicacy of a small business it is important to note whether cunning is employed as a sales strategy in ways that prey on the consumer. |
